McNutt & Associates Hires Duvall Media To Produce Web Videos For Local Attorney

Ad Agency McNutt & Associates hired Duvall Media to produce a series of 20 web videos for local personal injury attorney Bettina Altizer.

Allen Foster was the executive producer in charge of the project representing the client. Lynda Foster was the director and coached Bettina on her message and delivery. We shot and edited the videos for the agency who then gives them to the client for use on her website.

The idea behind the strategy is to create short, informative and intriguing videos that get prospective clients talking and thinking so that if the need arrives then they will think of the law firm of Altizer & Altizer first.

Here are the web videos:

UpTime Business Products Hires Duvall Media For Web Consulting

UpTime Business Products in Roanoke, Virginia hired Duvall Media to provide consulting services for web video and blog content creation.

I love working with business owners who understand online marketing. The folks at UpTime have been marketing successfully for years and have built a national brand. They get it.

Even though they are highly sophisticated when it comes to online marketing, they are still open to learning new strategies and emerging technologies to help them stay ahead of the competition. What I like best is that they take action when they find strategies and tactics that fit their business model and brand.

Duvall Media will be providing content review and editing services for their website blog to maximize search engine optimization of their blog post. We will also be assisting them with their web video content creation and other web strategies as needed month to month.

I’m really looking forward to working with them.

Tinnell’s Finer Foods Hires Duvall Media For Website Re-Development

Tinnell’s Finer Foods in the Crystal Springs area of Roanoke, Virginia has hired Duvall Media to give their website and online marketing efforts a make-over.

This historic landmark business has served the community for generations so they want to strengthen their community connections be expanding their online presence as well. Their current website is attractive but it’s missing some key elements necessary to convert local web traffic into customers.

Our strategy is to build a parallel website that will enhance their brand and search engine optimization without damaging their current web traffic count. Once the new site has better web traffic stats and conversion than their existing site then Tinnell’s can decide if they want to re-direct their domain to the new site or upload the new site to their existing domain.

Our goal is to get the new site up and online before Christmas.

Client Videos: Jory Fisher of Women Find Purpose

I have had the pleasure of working with Jory Fisher, one of only 14 certified True Purpose™ coaches in the world.

I have been helping Jory with her website and online marketing efforts. For the past two years I have been trying to get her into our production studios to shoot some videos for her website. Well, she finally decided to take me up it earlier in October. We spent a couple hours shooting her FAQ’s, her personal story of why she left practicing law to become a coach and her introductory offer videos.

She now has these videos sprinkled all over her website and will hopefully use them to drive traffic. You see the videos below.

Client Videos: AllStar Impressions

We’ve been hard at it producing videos for a ton of new client projects throughout October and November.

One of our new clients is AllStar Impressions in Roanoke, Virginia. Eric Danielsen needed some videos for his website. So he asked Duvall Media to produce several videos to help him get new customers and convert traffic to his website.

My recommendation was to spend his effort getting good testimonials. In my opinion, testimonial videos are some of the most powerful videos you can post on your website because it’s other people telling their story of why they like, use and recommend your business.

Here are some of the glowing testimonials for AllStar Impressions.

Client Videos: Roanoke Regional Chamber 2011 Small Business Awards

Lynda Foster and I teamed up again to grab some quick interviews with nominees for the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce 2011 Small Business Awards at the Hotel Roanoke.

This year was a bit more challenging than usual because not only was I trying to shoot videos, I was also one of the nominees. This meant I had to jump in front of the camera for my own interview and run back around behind the camera to shoot the next interview. It also meant that I had to leave before the event was over so I could get all the interviews edited and uploaded to the web that evening to beat the local news media and to make sure everything was ready for drive time radio the next morning.

The good news is that Duvall Media won Small Business Advocate of the Year.

You will also see some other videos we shot for the chamber as they kick off their first big membership drive.

Here are the interviews.

Intro To Mobile Marketing For Small Business

Contest details are shown below the video.

I had the honor of being one of eight featured speakers at the 2011 Super Synergy Event on October 27th in Roanoke, Virginia. My topic was on taking your small business mobile. Below is the video of my ten minute presentation at that event.

I cover the following key points:

  • Important terms to know.
  • Why mobile marketing is so important to your business NOW.
  • Global trends and where to look.
  • How fast mobile is growing in the U.S.
  • What some local businesses are doing with mobile.
  • What you need to be doing with mobile.
  • How make mobile work for you.

and finally, I make a compelling offer. I make that same offer to you today. See the details below the video.

I recently became a partner in HowNow Mobile.

To celebrate… and to put my new partners to the test… I have negotiated a special prize package for one lucky winner.

WOW! Watch This Time Lapse Video For Inspiration

I’m not one to get too excited by all the hype we see online these days.  I have always felt that publishing platforms will come and go. Look at MySpace… passed by Facebook and Twitter. Eventually these, too will live out their life span to be replaced by the next big thing.

Bill Gates was right. Content IS king. It doesn’t matter how you publish it… by petroglyph, cuneiform, papyrus, scroll, parchment, scribe, printing press, photograph, film, telegraph, telephone, radio, television, email, web video, tweets or text messaging… it’s not how you deliver the message but what you say that matters.

Great content will always be the one constant. The one thing that will always be in-demand. The one thing that will set you apart from all the rest in any field. Here is one filmmaker who has totally mastered his craft and delivers content so great as to be deeply moving and inspirational.

The creator of this truly amazing time lapse film of Utah and Arizona is Dustin Farrell. “Every frame of this video is a raw still from a Canon 5D2 DSLR and processed with Adobe software,” he says “I felt that showing them again with motion controlled HDR and/or night timelapse would be a new way to see old landmarks.”. Watch in HD at full screen to get the most of the experience. Better yet, hook it up to your big screen t.v. and be blown away. It’s almost spiritual.
