Thanks, Kimberly.

Glad you enjoyed the videos. The workshop this morning was a big success. We had 32 registered attendees at the Small Business Development Center who got to brainstorm their compelling offer, creative promotions and get one-on-one help.

Mobile marketing today has become a no-brainer for businesses wanting to get more customers. I would love to work with you on creating and testing some mobile offers & promotions for your new business. Let me know when you want to get together.

Brian,
I've said it before and I'll say it again - every time you open your mouth, you put money in our pockets! I watched Part 1 and 2 and I'm floored at the prospects of mobile marketing. What really stuck in my mind is one business saw an increase of 600% every time a text blast with compelling offer was sent and how another company invested $800 in mobile text campaigns and directly linked $200,000 in new business. WOW!
I'm giddy with the possibilities. Thank you again for enlightening me!

Hi Brian, are you still using CollabPress? Have you had a look at any others yet? Like you we recognised the need to have a central place for reporting where projects were and so on and we liked Dooster which has really helped us. Rate of slip-ups and rushing around to catch up has improved a lot.

Hi Brian,
Are there other options like this pluggin? I am an educator and looking to create a site which gives points for watching a video, answering a short quiz, or uploading an inspiring photo...etc. Will Cube Points do all that?

I'm blessed in that regard, Leslie. I have the great opportunity of being a public speaker these days so I actually do get applause when I do a good job on stage. You know what it's like... since you are also a talented speaker and trainer on social media.

My friend Tim Mellor over in the UK commented on my Facebook wall about this article asking "Don't flight attendants have to put up with enough crap?"

I totally agree. Flight attendants and most other professionals in the service industry do have to put up with plenty of crap from unruly customers and management. However... by performing well for their customers, these flight attendants put everyone in a positive frame of mind... likely reducing the number of unpleasant passenger interactions. They just made their job easier.

They also received applause for their performance putting them into a more positive frame of mind which in turn improves their performance and job satisfaction. How often do YOU get applause where you work?

What are your thoughts on this subject? Should we perform well for our customers and create memorable positive experiences or should we just continue with the industry standard and do things way we've always done them?
